John B. Waldron
John B. Waldron, owner of Waldron Law Offices, Ltd., was raised in Minnetrista and graduated with honors from Mound-Westonka High School in 1973. He graduated magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin, in 1977, with a major in government, and graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1980. John started his law career clerking for a state district court judge in Anoka County and from there joined a small law firm in downtown Minneapolis, later becoming a shareholder of that firm.
John has been a past member of a local city planning commission, a local human rights commission, a board member of the Lake Minnetonka Area Chamber of Commerce, a past President of that organization, and a board member of a local arts council.
John and his family relocated their home to the Lake Minnetonka area in 1987 and he established his own law practice in the area in 1996. John's family consists of his wife, Lynn, and their three adult children. John and Lynn enjoy being active in their local church, as well as engaging in a variety of recreational activities.
Today, John's practice is focused in the areas of estate planning, medical assistance planning, probate, real estate law, and business/corporate law. He is a real property law specialist, certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association. He has now been assisting individuals and families with their legal needs for over 34 years. He enjoys getting to know his clients and their needs and developing a personal relationship with them and is personally committed to providing his clients with the best possible representation as efficiently and economically as possible. In the area of estate planning, he has crafted estate plans of all sizes, from the very small to the very large.
